I don't know if u're gonna make them 'Official torvapkz Rules' but It's worth a try.
Any type of bug abuse will result in heavy penalties, all bugs should be reported in the bugs section

Telling other players to do an action which may cause harm to the community / server.
Any type of macros, be it autotalking or programmed macros you will be muted or banned.
Account sharing / trading. It is forbidden to give anyone else access to your account, This includes if a friend has quit and given the account to you.
Harrasing other players
Misleading comments about the server.
Do not sell Torvapkz items for RuneScape items / accounts or real money.
No flaming or disrespecting any member of the community.
Do not hack other players
Do not scam other players
Do not advertise other RuneScape Private Servers
Duplicating items, caught in the possession of duplicated items or discussion of duplicating items will lead to both all accounts reset and also heavy penalties.
There are no Wilderness rules, unless an event is being held where a Staff member is present.
No spamming the forum chat box or other members private messages. If the chat becomes unreadable due to the amount of messages you are sending this is classed as spam! When attempting to sell or buy an item please use 10+ second periods.
